Bullhorn acquires Connexys to fuel European expansion
Recruitment CRM provider Bullhorn has announced the acquisition of Connexys, a provider of CRM systems to mainland Europe.
Connexys products, which are built on the Salesforce platform will be marketed and sold alongside Bullhorn’s own portfolio, with regular product updates and new feature releases. The move is designed to accelerate Bullhorn’s ongoing interest in Europe, and Connexys’ founders will join Bullhorn’s EMEA leadership team.
Connexys solutions are currently used by over 20,000 recruitment professionals across the Netherlands, Germany, France and Belgium. The deal will provide Connexys with the resources and strategic focus to support new and existing customers in the European market.
Bullhorn will also use the acquisition to drive investment in the development of their flagship recruitment software solutions. It is hoped that the deal will also lead to greater service levels in mainland Europe.
Bullhorn’s international marketing director Peter Linas said “Over the past several years we’ve come to know Gijs and the team at Connexys, and we could not be more delighted to join forces. They’ve done an incredible job of growing their offering and delivering great service, and we’re dedicated to building on their success in order to deliver the best possible experience to recruitment professionals in Europe.
“I truly believe that with our combined teams and shared value of customer centricity, Bullhorn will provide a simply unparalleled quality of service and technology to mainland Europe and the rest of the world.”
Connexys CEO Gijs van Heijst added “We are very excited to be joining the Bullhorn team. It’s a great match strategically, and in culture. I strongly believe we’ll be able to continue on our mission of customer success and to provide the best recruitment technology to our clients worldwide.”
